- Disturb the sound of silence

- Silence like a cancer grows
- Hear my words that I might teach you

- But my words
- Like silent raindrops fell
- Echoed
- The sound of silence
- And the people kneeled and prayed
- To the neon god they made
- And the sign shout out warning
- Hear the words that it was forming

- Tenement halls
