If you download and/or access part of the WeSing Services without creating an account, we may also collect information about you. We collect information relating to you from a variety of sources, including: Information you choose to provide You may provide certain information when you register an account or otherwise access or use the WeSing Services, such as: • Registration and profile information, such as your nickname, biography, gender, date of birth, country, city, phone number and profile photo • Information of your contacts in your device or on the third-party platforms (e.g., QQ, WeChat, Apple, Facebook, Google or Twitter) (each, a “Third Party Platforms”) if you choose to find other users through aforesaid contact lists. Other Users of WeSing Services. We may receive shared Information that others using our services make available about you, such as information contained in posts, soundtracks, videos clips they make and communications they make to you and others using our services. Location Data We may collect information regarding your location when you use location-based services, including: • Where we have your consent, the location of your device when you use the WeSing Services, such as from the GPS, WiFi, compass, accelerometer or other sensors in your device; • the IP address of the device or internet service you use to access the WeSing Services; and • other information made available by you or other users that gives an indication as to where you are or have been located, such as account information that indicates where you are located and geotag information that is embedded in any photos or videos you have uploaded through the WeSing Services. Messages Information about communications you have made using the WeSing Services, such as the people you have communicated with and the time, data and duration of your communications; and Metadata Metadata connected to those photos, pictures, recordings, videos or other file types you have uploaded or made available through the WeSing Services, such as the date, time or location that a shared photograph or video was taken or posted. We generally the information we collect: • to provide the WeSing Services to you; • to set up and manage your account with us; • to facilitate your account registration and login or content sharing via a Third-Party Platform; • to communicate with you, including via email, text message, push notification, mail and telephone; • to keep internal records and manage our relationship with you; • to send promotional materials from us or trusted third parties; • to process your payments; • to announce winners of our events and to make available the prizes (if any) to you; • to better understand your preferences in order to infer your interests and to provide you with a more personalized experiences, such as showing you suggestions in the “Recommended” feed; • to better understand how you access and use the WeSing Services, for the purposes of improving our services, to respond to your preferences and provide personalized help and instructions; • to enable social functions of the WeSing Services, such as allowing you to connect, communicate and interact with other users on the WeSing Services; • to allow you to publish, share, forward, bookmark and comment on user generated content made available by you or third parties; • to operate our platform, services, products, support for internal purposes, such as testing, research, data analysis and solving issues; • to detect, identify and combat illegal or fraudulent activities, including to prevent hacking, in order to keep the WeSing Services safe and secure; • to comply with legal and regulatory requirements under applicable laws and regulations or as required by authorities; • for the purposes of software verification or administering software upgrades; • to help us develop our new services and improve our existing services; • to provide support to you and to answer your queries or requests; • to verify your identity when processing your queries and feedbacks; • to enable your contacts to follow or interact with you on the WeSing Services if you provide us with your list of contacts on your phone or on any Third Party Platforms; • to make suggestions and provide a customized advertisement experience; • where appropriate, to assess the effectiveness of and improve advertising and other marketing and promotional activities on or in connection with the WeSing Services; and • for any other purposes identified to you upon our collection of your information or based on your consent. 3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION We may share and transfer your information with third parties (both inside and outside of your jurisdiction) as described in this Section 3 (How we share your information). We may share your information with the following types of third parties: Service Providers and Business Partners We may share your information with our business partners and service providers, contractors and agents who provide services on our behalf or assist us to provide the WeSing Services to you. For example, these include payment service providers that facilitate your purchases, cloud service providers who send emails or push notifications on our behalf, mapping service providers who assist with location data, analytics partners who assist our business, and advertising partners on our services. In terms of personal information deletion, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, including your WeSing account and related personal information. You can delete your account through [Settings] - [Privacy] - [Cancel Account] in WeSing. Please note that there will be a 30-day hesitation period for submitting a request to cancel your account. If you continue to use this account to login to WeSing within the hesitation period, the relevant account will be restored. If you no longer log in or use it, the account will be completely deleted after 30 days , you will not be able to use WeSing with this account, so please decide carefully. In addition, if we terminate our services or operations, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after termination of services or operations. • The right to object to processing your personal information by us or by third parties for the purposes of sending you promotional messages; • The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information at any time. Please note that if you withdraw your consent to certain processing of your information, you may not have full access to all or part of the WeSing Services. Our systems and the communications networks through which you access the WeSing Services may be subject to security breaches and failures which are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 8. CHILDREN The WeSing Services is not intended for anyone under [18] years old, or in the case of a jurisdiction where the minimum age for processing personal information differs, such different age (each, a “Minimum Age”). If you are under the Minimum Age, you must not use the WeSing Services for any purpose, except where your parent or legal guardian has provided consent (to the extent this option is available in your jurisdiction).
